Bill Immel took charge of this job and then Tom Gentile came to assure us that he would coordinate what needed to be performed. From the first day your crews came to prepare our home for the work and packed our belongings for storage, it was courteous and extremely well done. Bill and his crew followed to secure our home, followed by Andy and his crew to cut through the cement and prepare for the guzzler truck to remove the contaminated soil. The following day, your staff and Bryan from Preferred Environmental, Veronica from H2M and Jennifer from the DEC, converged on the job site. Our basement floor is now probably in better condition then prior to the oil spill and the house is more secure. We are more than pleased with the scope of work done and with the professionalism and knowledge your company has displayed.

Dear Jim & the Staff and PCI Services,

In the early morning hours of December 5th, when my wife and I found the water damage to our home, we were scared. As we cleaned and removed the water, seeing how much damage occurred left us distraught and lost. We haven’t owned our home for 2 years yet and had no idea what to do and what steps to take other then call the insurance company with the hopes they could help. Thankfully they did; by sending PCI.

I cannot speak highly enough about your company. From your prompt arrival to the utmost professionalism and courtesy displayed throughout the entire process, the experienced was unparalleled.
