**Wanted: Estimator / Construction Project Manager for Remediation Projects**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator / Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accurately estimating and managing remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Experience in asbestos abatement is also highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the scope of work required for water, fire, and mold remediation.
- Prepare detailed estimates of the labor, materials, and time required to complete remediation projects.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to asbestos abatement, when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and efficient project flow.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and solve problems that arise during the course of the project.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Estimator / Construction Project Manager in water, fire, and mold remediation. Minimum of 3 years preferred.
- Knowledge of asbestos abatement processes and regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate estimating and project planning.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, IICRC in water, fire, and mold remediation) are a plus.
